SEXUAL HARASSMENT
AT WORKPLACE IS AGAINST THE LAW
Unwelcome acts or behavior (whether direct or by
implication) as defined by the Sexual Harassment of Women at the workplace
(Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, namely physical contact and
advances, a demand or request for sexual favors, making sexually colored
remarks, showing pornography, any other unwelcome physical, verbal or
non-verbal conduct of sexual nature will not be tolerated in this premises.
Sexual Harassment is misconduct under the service rules and may lead to
appropriate actions including termination of services.
